I am a Bay Area native who lived in Cupertino and Los Altos Hills for most of my childhood (Tokyo for two years being the exception). I studied Bioengineering but after graduating, I quickly realized the business side was much more interesting to me. I started managing real estate when I was 19 and bought my first property when I was 26. I became a broker (as opposed to a salesperson) when I was 30 in order to be able to represent myself on my personal real estate transactions and also to be able to sell companies as a mergers and acquisitions advisor. I’ve remodeled numerous houses that I’ve bought and have built 3 high-end homes in the Bay Area (3,800 – 5,200 sq ft each). I’m writing this blog because I’ve learned so many insider secrets about the industry that most people won’t ever learn on their own and I hope to share my knowledge. I am passionate about the real estate industry and believe there is room for disruption.
I do not work as a traditional real estate agent, but i am passionate about the industry so email me if you have any questions about the market, buying or selling real estate, remodeling, or constructing a new home.
